Here are some questions I've been asked by many of my new clients over the years.
Feel free to get in touch with your own inquiries.
How would you describe your photography style?
My approach is documentary, and my style is fine art. My background as a fine art photographer, and graphic designer/art director colors every picture I make, but ultimately I strive for creative, honest story telling.
How would you describe your working style?
Each photo session is different. I am as adept at following your lead, or giving direction. Ultimately, I strive to make it fun for you so you feel free to be yourselves.
What do you love most about photographing weddings?
My favorite part of capturing a wedding is knowing that the art I'm creating with you will be cherished and shared for generations. As an artist there is no higher goal.
what inspires your photography?
I draw inspiration from my favorite artists across all mediums; photographers, painters, sculptors, film makers, musicians, and writers. A handful of my current obsessions are Frida Kahlo, Sally Mann, Anton Corbijn, Rene Magritte, Degas, Emily Bronte, Jean Pierre Jeunet, Billie Holiday, Auguste Rodin, and Monet. Check back for more, this list is in constant flux.
